Does anyone know the location or have a rough idea of where the POW Camp was located? If anyone has information, I'd love to hear it as I've been trying to find the area where it was located for quite a while.

DR. Poorman doesn't know where it was either. He said if I locate it, to let him know!

So far my best guess was that it was near the 707 somewhere, I heard there is a 1943 aerial view picture of Barkeley, so I'll have to try and look at that or maybe try and get to talk to some of the veterans who trained there

I have several inquiries out. Hopefully one will pay out. Also got a list of people who bought the property. Will check and see if any of them is still living. Rattlesnakes probably know but they aren't talking.

Thank you so much for the help given, I'd appreciate it if you sent me an email to campbarkeleytexas@gmail.com All the research and ideas would be appreciated as I'm typically out at Barkeley a couple times a week and know quite a number of land owners.
