Hi, I finally got around to researching Uncle Teeter's adventures with the 12th Armored. He was from Wampum, PA and passed in 1977. We have some pictures which I posted on the facebook page and we have his discharge papers. Any info would be great, thanks. https://www.facebook.com/12thArmoredMuseum/posts/1520095668033287?comment_id=1520280264681494¬if_t=feed_comment¬if_id=1502150234047737

Hello, MacDonald is a popular name and there are
too many mentions of that name in the old
Hellcat News issues. I also tried "Charles MacDonald" . Can you give me some kind
of name or incident that will be a unique identifier?

Regards, Mike Woldenberg

I sent you the After Action Report of the 714th Tank
Battalion. Unfortunately no one wrote a formal
history of the battalion. However, one can learn
something about that battalion by reading what
their fellow soldiers in Combat Command B were doing. (Consult the 56th Armored Infantry Battalion and the 494th Armored Field Artillery books and memoirs on this website. (BOOKS AND WRITTEN EXPERIENCES in the column on the left).

Also, see the ORAL HISTORY VIDEOS. Click on the
word BATTALION at the top of that column, and the
videos will be sorted into battalion groups.
