I was curious how a 12th Armored platoon was organized?
Was it simply LTs and CPTs commanding the tanks? Or could a Staff Sergeant take command as well?
Also, how many tanks were there in a platoon?

in WW II there were four tanks plus the commanders tank. This was changed to four tanks. A Sgt could be in charge of a tank.
