Greetings,

I've been an editor on Wikipedia for the past 10 years, and completely revised the entries for the 12th AD last year https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/12th_Armored_Division_(United_States) and rewrote the article on the 56th Infantry Regiment, from which the 17th, 56th and 66th AIBs were formed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/56th_Infantry_Regiment_(United_States). I'm working on a new article on the 44th Tank Battalion now.

This month I wrote and submitted a new article on LTC Montgomery C. Meigs, commander of the 23rd Tank Battalion on Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montgomery_Cunningham_Meigs_(1919%E2%80%931944)
I am looking for a photo of him that is in the public domain (no copyright) that I can upload to accompany the article. Is anyone aware of where I might find an uncopyrighted image? Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Barry

Barry, There is a strong possibility that the Museum has
a good picture. Please contact Dale Cartee. He is the
Museum Board Chairman.

Thanks very much, Dale. I uploaded the image and put it on the Wikipedia page for Col. Meigs. I'd be happy to make any changes to the article if needed.

Best regards,
Barry
