posted 7/17/2014 3:49:06 PM Hello, I have in my possesion a plate, as mentioned above. Through my research I was led to a 1956 Hellcat's Newsletter announcing the upcoming 12th Annual Reunion in Pittsburg,Pa. I originally purchased it for re-sale, but, I have not been able to do that knowing the history of the plate. I have wondered if there might be family that might be interested in having it. I don't know if it is possible to find any family, but, it would be nice. Thank you very much, Cheryl Agnew cherylagnew@att.net

posted 7/17/2014 9:38:05 PM Hyman Lippman died in Florida in August 2009. I just discovered that his funeral was in Buffalo, and I should be able to find some family here. He was in Division Artillery and in the 493rd Field Artillery. I do not know which was first where he ended up.
