Hi,

I'm looking for info on my grandfather, Martin Zovistoski. From the roster on this page, he was a Corporal with the 92nd Recon Squad, Troop E. He passed away in '95, and never was comfortable in talking about the war while alive. I've become very interested in WWII history and want to know more about him and what role his unit played in the War. Anyone familiar with this name, or his unit?

Thanks,
Mike

Mike, The 92nd Recon was usually in front
of the advance, so you can imagine what that must have been like. You can probably find men who knew your grandfather. Contact the Unit Representatives:

Mike I forgot to mention that you can find the "Squadron History of the 92nd Recon...." on the list of BOOKS AND WRITTEN EXPERIENCES... on the left side of this page. This book will answer many of your
questions!

If you would like a jpg of the panorama photo of the entire Troop E, contact me at sheryl@rothman.net. My father was Alex Bratman.
