Does anyone have information about the capture of the munitions factory at Oberdachstetten, north of Ansbach in April of 45?

Dear Riley, This town was captured by Combat Command R. See the
History of the 23d Tank Battalion for a map on page 66. See BOOKS AND
WRITTEN EXPERIENCES, on the website.

At the moment I
do not know which other battalions were part of Combat Command R. besides
the 23d tank battalion. I can find this out, of course. Perhaps the town
was taken by elements of more than one battalions.

Was this a slave labor factory, by the way?
