William E Fuller 16 Connell St Hudson NH HQ Co 12th Arm Div

I am a Legacy member of the 12th Armored Division Association.
The information I posted above is probably your grandfather.
The 12th AD was referred to as the "Mystery" division because all identifying insignias were removed from their vehicles and I think their uniforms.

This link will take to your grandfather enlistment record,

http://aad.archives.gov/aad/record-detail.jsp?dt=893&mtch=1&cat=WR26&tf=F&sc=24994,24995,24996,24998,24997,24993,24981,24983&bc=sl,fd&txt_24995=fuller+william+e&op_24995=0&nfo_24995=V,24,1900&cl_24996=14&op_24996=null&nfo_24996=V,2,1900&rpp=10&pg=1&rid=2451826

If the link does not open let me know, I can print it and fax or mail it to you.

Hello, I looked up William E. Fuller on
the "17,000 Members" list and learned that he was in Headquarters Company, but this is not helpful. Each Battalion had a Headquarters Company. It is possible he was in Division Headquarters. Please let me know
if you have any further information as it might be possible to put you in touch with
some of the men in his unit.
