Robert Mancill is my dad, does anyone remember him - if so can you share any thoughts or stories.

Hello, I am a Legacy Member of the Association. You can start by contacting George O Bryan, Unit Representative.

There is a book that you can find on the left side, under
books and written experiences.

The title is: C-66

Consult the index of this book.

Call George OBryan right away as he is going to the
national Reunion in Fort Mitchell Ky, beginning next
Wednesday. He can also write a notice in the Hellcat News.

Thanks for the input. We have the book & he gets the newsletter.

I was hoping that someone from his company would reply. My Dad was captured at Gambshein and Charles Beattie breifly discribes what occured on that day. I was hoping for more stories about anything. My Dad doesn't talk about the war much...

Thanks,

Hi,
I suggest you register on this board including your email. I will forward it to the vets in C66 who have PC's, they will answer your questions.

Regards,

Ken

I have one more suggestion. If your Dad is a
member of the Association, he would have a
Roster. He or you could contact all the veterans in his company. I can send you
the Roster for his company if you have lost
yours.

I have a book with information about Robert F. Mancill. Born in Wilmington DE on Oct 5, 1924. If this is the same person send me your email address and I will make a photocopy of the description, and pictures, of your father.
