My grandfather, Carlin P. Deibel was a Private in HQ Company of the 56th AIB. I'm looking on here to see if anyone on here has any photos, information, etc on the activities and life in the war. Please e-mail me if you do. Thank you!

I would love a roster copy! Is it something you can e-mail to me?

One other question - Do I get ahold of the museum to get my grandfathers' name added to the roster? I noticed that his name is not actually listed, which for what it's worth makes me curious as to why that might be.

Thanks for the help so far!

Your grandfather,Carlin P. Deibel,(Private in HQ Company of the 56th AIB) and my father, Robert L. Fowler, may have served together. My dad was also in the HQ Co. of the 56th. Perhaps you will see his name in the information you receive and can forward any information you can share with me?
Thanks,
Jane Wagner

My father, Albert P. Rivette, was also in the HQ company of the 56th Armd Inf. He was the battalion motor sergeant.

Would love to compare notes with y'all and see if we can both learn something new!
