I would appreciate hearing from anyone who remembers Ollie.

He was KIA 01/16/45 at Steinwald

I was in the same squad with Ollie Brown. He and I were close friends and he was my Assistant Squad Leader when I had the Rifle Squad before January 16, 1945. I was taken POW on that date. Will be glad to furnish any infor I know of him.

I did notice that Sgt Oliver A Brown is mentioned several times in my father's book C-66: A WWII Chronicle of an Armored Infantry Company , of which he was a member. The book is temporarily not listed on this site, but you can either go to Amazon.com or write him at EMERYwebrg@aol.com. He also has a web site at www.c-66.com. I hope this helps. Eric Emery
