Hi Susan,

I am a Legacy Member of the 12th Armored Division Association, also known as the 2nd Generation.

The best way to answer your question is to send you a copy of the 2003 National Reunion roster, 493AFA. The roster lists names, addresses and phone numbers of those association members from that year. From that point you may contact those listed either by mail or phone. Remember, members may have moved, area codes may have changed or the info may be out of date.

Please email me your address and I’ll send you the list by the end of this week.

Regards,

Ken Klinedinst / Legacy Member

Dear Susan, Orville Sarles, of Amherst New York was a member of Company B. I have been visiting him in a nursing home over the past year. I went to see him today. He is ill and I asked his wife, Anne, to ask him whether he knew your father. He said "he was a regular guy, a Republican, and he came from New York (City?)" I will see Orville when he is feeling better and find out what ever I can. You can contact me at
