posted 7/20/2016 4:47:59 PM  Harry and Mike, Thanks for continuing the search. To answer your questions; No middle name, even drivers license stated None. I will have to contact the National Archives about the General orders. I have recalled a bit more general information about his experiences. He was at Ft Bliss after induction. They were then moved to Ft Ord. Then by train to NYC and to Europe aboard The Queen Mary, which had been converted to troop carrier. Stationed for a time on the White Cliffs of Dover.
